Lord, thank you for life and strength Thank you for open doors Lord you are the promise keeper and your mercy and goodness are eternal Lord, thank you for giving us access to sit at your feet and stand firm in faith Lord, thank you for your patience if we loose sight of you and don’t remember that there are plans you have for us Lord if we forget that your vision for our future is already set in motion, when we are uncomfortable with relying on what you know, set a clear message before us that our whole self will find clarity in fulfilling your will Whether that be with us being still, planting, watering, toiling, gathering, or supporting others as they do those things That we do them giving you all the glory Lord it is nice to see the fruits of labor as evidence to our reward for our obedience Lord we know that may not always be the case because we cannot see through the beginning and to the end like you Lord give us the strength to carry on when we believe the lies that our work is in vain Lord, help us to be comforted by knowing truth as You define truth Help us to pick up our cross daily and be yoked with you Lord place people in our lives who help us to reposition our sails when they are straying away from you Lord, most importantly that we be in strong relationship with you that we be in communion with you, that our love for you beyond our own understanding That as we move through this earth we leave a fragrance of you wherever we go – that we lead all eyes and hearts toward you and their minds be captivated and in awe of you and your magnificence such that they are obedient to you Lord, thank you Lord, thank you for Jesus Lord, thank you for the power of prayer Lord, thank you for the power of Your Word Lord, thank you for wisdom Lord, thank you for discernment Lord, thank you for the peace that passes understanding In Jesus’ name Amen
